Product 01

High Efficiency Offline Filtration Systems

Portable units designed to reduce or eliminate particulate contamination in hydraulic and lubrication systems. Backed by more than 30 years of design and field experience, the system delivers reliable, rugged and cost-effective filtration with minimal user interaction, allowing operators to focus on core processes rather than maintenance. The complete plug-and-play system includes a built-in pump, motor, filter and all required accessories, connects easily to any hydraulic or lube oil reservoir, and is available in flow rates of 20, 40, 55, 150 and 350 LPM.

Oil Purifiers

Industrial oil purification systems that remove particulate contamination, water and gases from lubricating, hydraulic and insulating oils, helping extend fluid life, improve productivity and reduce fluid change and disposal costs. Pall purifiers remove 100% of free water and up to 80% of dissolved water, and eliminate free, entrained and dissolved gases. High-performance Beta-rated filter elements ensure superior particulate removal. Units can be used as portable or permanent installations across multiple systems, with integrated automatic controls that monitor operation continuously and ensure safe shutdown under abnormal conditions.

Filter Housings

Filter housings for Supralon™ and Athalon™ elements, designed to deliver reliable, high-performance filtration in hydraulic and lubrication systems. The housings support Beta-rated filter elements for superior particulate contamination control, with robust construction for safe operation under high pressure. Precision-engineered sealing and flow paths maximise filtration efficiency, and easy element replacement reduces maintenance time and downtime. Compatible with stress-resistant and anti-static filter media for consistent long-term performance.

PCM500 Fluid Cleanliness Monitor

A portable diagnostic device used to measure system fluid cleanliness accurately, using mesh blockage technology to deliver reliable 3-part ISO cleanliness codes across different environments. It monitors mineral, synthetic and water-based fluids, with results unaffected by water, air or dark fluids, and delivers accurate results in under six minutes. Real-time data can be uploaded directly to mobile devices, and the unit can be used portably or permanently installed for continuous monitoring of critical systems.

Supralon™ Filter Elements

High-efficiency lube and hydraulic fluid filters offering a Beta rating for superior particulate control, designed as replacement elements for Pall Ultipor® and Coralon® filter designs. The filters use stress-resistant and static charge-resistant technology, with an asymmetric pack construction for consistent filtration performance. CST-rated media delivers stable efficiency throughout the entire service life, and a standard anti-static design enhances safety and durability.
